FOR GROWN-UPS · UPDATED 16 OCTOBER 2026
Terms of use · CGU
These terms explain how families can use the free Gribou & Friends website. The publisher and contact details are in our legal notice.
Enjoy together
Children should use the website with a parent or carer. Adults should handle external services, correspondence and any future purchases. No child account is needed. Activities are entertainment and shared learning, not professional educational or medical advice. A grown-up should supervise printing, scissors and craft materials.
Free stories and activities
You may read and listen to the free stories and print activity sheets for personal, family or non-commercial classroom use. Do not sell, redistribute collections, remove credits or use the characters commercially without written permission. Statutory copyright exceptions remain unaffected. Premium previews do not grant access to unpublished books.
Availability and external services
We may maintain, correct or update content. Availability cannot be guaranteed at all times. Local favourites and playback positions can be lost if browser storage is cleared. Links to YouTube lead to a separate service with its own terms and privacy practices. We do not control third-party availability or recommendations.
Responsible use
Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access or misuse its content. If something appears unsafe, inaccurate or infringes your rights, contact collab@gribouandfriends.com with the page address and an explanation.
Liability and disputes
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. French law applies subject to any mandatory protections available in your country of residence. These terms do not restrict legally available courts or remedies. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern.
