Cookies & browser settings
No advertising or audience-measurement cookies are installed by this version of Gribou & Friends. We use browser storage for features you request. This is different from sending a reading profile to us.
What can be saved?
| Storage key | Purpose | Retention |
|---|---|---|
| gribou-reading-… | Resume a story page | Until you or your browser clear it |
| gribou-favourites | Your saved books | Until cleared |
| gribou-audio-… | Resume recorded narration | Until cleared |
| gribou-calm | Your calm-mode choice | Until cleared |
Clear this website’s saved choices
This removes favourites, reading and listening progress and calm-mode preference on this browser only. It does not change YouTube or your browser’s own settings.
External services
YouTube opens only when you follow an external link. Its cookies and settings are controlled by that service. Fonts and thumbnails on this website are hosted locally. There is no optional tracking to accept or reject in this release, so we do not display a misleading “accept all” banner.
